Two-Color Squeegee Plastic Injection Mould

A squeegee is a tool with a flat, smooth soft plastic lade, used to remove or control the flow of liquid on a flat surface.  It is used for cleaning water or liquid from window glass, tile wall or tile floor.

Two-color plastic injection squeegee are combined by raw material PP+TPE which is lighter, more beautiful and colorful than steel one.  The raw material of PP is relatively hard. When we use the wiper, it can have good support. The raw material of TPE is soft, which can prevent the surface of the glass from being scratched. In addition, the part of the handle is also made of PP+TPE. The TPE feels soft and non-slip, which allows us to have a more comfortable using experience.

Compared with single color injection molds, two-color injection molds are more difficult to make because of the combination of the two raw materials. We need to consider the characteristic and difference between these two raw materials and the combination.  The combination of the two raw materials cannot have any burrs or lack of material, burrs will scratch the consumer's hand, lack of material is the aesthetic problem.
